Evaggelos set up the office in 1998, investing all his energy into building a successful brand. He loves coffee and that’s why we’ve taken so many corresponding projects within the office. Nothing happens by chance. He enjoys meetings, listening to people's stories and what they want to achieve.

Once we conceive a solid idea, Leonidas is the driving force behind bringing the brand to life. He loves creative ideas, precise briefs, design details and organization. Oh, he also has a sweet tooth!

Irini is the “calm force” behind the office’s communication with clients. Cretan by origin, she brings to the table uthenticity and a sense of humor that does not go unnoticed. As an Account Executive, she ensures that every collaboration runs smoothly and consistently whilst showing real interest in what the outcome might be. She knows how to coordinate, provide solutions and listen to the concerns of our associates. In the office between calls you will always find her with a cup of tea in her hand (because if she drinks coffee, she will not be that “calm” of a force!).

Vivi Rizava is an experienced Employer Branding Strategist and Talent Marketing Expert with a proven track record of helping global organizations build compelling and distinctive employer brands. She specializes in employer value propositions (EVPs), recruitment marketing strategies, employee advocacy programs, and authentic workplace storytelling to attract top talent and strengthen talent acquisition efforts. Vivi doesn't like to talk about herself, which is why you can find her talking for hours about employer branding. In her personal life, Vivi loves to travel and has already visited over 33 countries before turning 33 (age revealed), she runs half marathons, and practices yoga. She loves good coffee and red wine.
