The project
When we first met with the owners of a new pool bar restaurant in Zakynthos, we understood immediately that they needed to give their brand the visual identity it deserved. After our collaboration, they ended up with much more: with a brand identity that they, and of course SKINOS, deserved.
Services
Logotype and visual identity
The name SKINOS, already chosen by the owners, is derived from the well-known mastic tree (Pistacia Lentiscus), also known as the wintergreen. This tree has inspired our creative design. After long research, we ended up with a logo that gave form to the plant via the geometric architectural elements found in the SKINOS’ building. The logo’s structural elements, the geometrical typography, and the natural color palette, all point to the island’s sensation, showcasing SKINOS’ quality. The geometrical style functioned as the core style also for the services’ icons, and for the changing rooms’ interior signage. Consistency, justification, and first class visualization were the tools we used to enhance the brand’s identity in the best possible manner.
