27 years of joy

S&Team got started on 1998, through youthful impulsiveness. We wanted to create something that makes us happy everyday, something that we love doing and makes us smile. Personally, I think that after 27 years, we pulled through more than fine. We definitely don’t smile our way through work everyday, that’s just wishful thinking. We are happy, just not everyday. The only certain thing is that we have been through great joy.The youthfulness is gone, but for the most part ,the impulsiveness is still here. The reason lies with purpose. We want to learn new things everyday, to evolve and to discover new skills. We want to stumble upon different challenges, to meet new partners and for them to trust us with their desires and wishes. We are always there, to try to make everyone happy and satisfied with their choice to work with us. It is definitely a challenge, especially in Greece’s business world.
Every year is usually accompanied by a recap of who you are, what you do, where you are headed. What you need to change and what new goals to set. But since the beginning, a lot has changed. Our trajectory hasn’t always been upward, and there definitely were many bumps on the way. Throughout the years though, you learn how to better define your identity and you learn from your -many- mistakes. If you don’t repeat any of them, that is a small victory.
What has remained the same since the very beginning, is hard work, which ultimately produces the desired results. From our smallest to our biggest clients, every project we have ever done was built on communication and cooperation. Since day one I considered that partnership is the key for everything in life. And with that same mindset, I created the name of the agency. S&Team. Spilliopoulos and Team. We all share a deep continuous connection. People who will stay longer or shorter, with whom we will click more or less. But we will all share one common purpose. The ultimate connection to try and create something good - whatever that means to each one of us personally. All the people that have worked in the office, that we have collaborated with, that supported us throughout our projects and that have trusted us with their brands. All of them, always wanted to see what it’s like to understand the unique goal thatch bring results, collaboration, connection and between us, honesty and generosity.
Throughout these 27 years, we have worked on projects from different business sectors. Many people have crossed paths with us, many relationships have been created, many smiles have been formed, many disputes and many contradictions have been resolved. Despite all, we are always present. And frankly, I think that for us to have come this far and still be standing strong, the good experiences exceeded the bad ones. All of our partnerships and all of our projects have brought on the expansion of our knowledge and the acquisition of greater experience in understanding the identity of each brand and in finding its’ market position. Always through extensive research, we find the right means to create unique storytelling for a brand, which will deliver the needed results and will connect it with the right audience. That way, we can grant satisfaction to the person that trusted and confided in us. By talking to the people that stand behind a business, we understand the difficulties and the battles they face. For that reason, we try our best every time to give life and meaning to a brand, so it can last a lifetime. The only way to achieve such a thing is by creating an emotional connection between the brand and its audience. We base everything on integrity and authenticity, two values that always need to stick out. Gradually the world starts to understand and support the products and the services that truly are, who they say they are.
For the near future, we will avoid big statements. Either way we have never done any. We have always been quiet and devoted to our work, without any further noise. We hope, though, that we will blow out many more candles in the years to come, and that we will continue to do what we love: creating. We are proud of all the projects we have created all these years -from the smallest to the largest-, for our partnerships and for the people we can now call our friends. At the end of the day, that’s our biggest reward.
