On investing in constant learning

In S & Team, we very much believe that learning does not end when you graduate. Besides, quite a ‘few’ years have passed since we’ve finished uni. Continuous learning is a way to stimulate personal growth which leads to team growth and subsequently better end-results for you, our clients!

With that mentality, two people from our team, Alexia and Gigi, decided to continue their learning in their subject matter. Gigi is following a nine-month digital design course and Alexia is taking a three-month course on creative writing. They are both very excited, even though these courses mean extra work for them, even though they often come to the office with bags under their eyes, yet “a little dab of concealer will do ya!”.
